This March, the weather came in just like the old saying: in like a lion. Cold and damp and snowy and rainy, March in New York has been relentless, only just this week beginning to turn and show (brief) signs of Spring.

But do you know who did not come into March like a lion this year?

Me.

This month my immune system has gone haywire, thanks to a particularly long cold & flu season and some nasty bugs making the rounds at my son’s school, combined with the beginnings of allergy season.
